ls4 oil pan swap

Im swapping a 03 5.3 truck engine into my boat and was wondering if a ls4 impala oil pan will bolt up to my block? This pan looks to be the best fit into my hall.

Yes, the LS4 oil pan has the same pan to engine bolt pattern as any other LS(x) based pans.
