LMAO. You asked! Lets get back to your build, as I will probably get some hate from that post.

What's iconic the cts v was not meant for the traditional Cadillac crowd it was meant for a performance minded enthusiast hense why it got a vicious motor and a manual transmission

lol its doing well, tuning is going forward nicely, had to do some more startup tuning as the damn thing kept bogging and stalling when it was on a hot start. Pulled about 20% off the cranking fuel multi table, added some cranking spark and made some idle airflow minimum changes. Fuel trims are dialing in nicely, i did a run today on the highway and it shifted perfectly at 6150rpm into second, and was holding low 900's high 800's o2mv.

Its my opinion. If you think the Cadillac brand is not iconic that's up to you. Go buy one and let me know how it works out for you.

Still planning on getting to the track against your buddy's GTO? Also not sure if I missed it but did you do stainless brake lines yet?

Info would be great. Part numbers you used also if available and if you noticed a difference. I have used Earl's line before on my previous Camaro's and noticed a much harder pedal feel after installing which I liked a lot. Thanks

Edit: I see after reviewing some old posts they were ZZP extended lines. Any other options for our cars available? Still interested in how the pedal feels but you don't have a stock set up anymore so that could be different from what I would see as for gains.

dunno if hes gonna have the GTO ready though, might be a time slip race right now. Haven't done anything to the brakes yet, in fact the pads only have a 1/4" of material left on them and im stunned at how hard the car stops. I had the LSJ brakes on my cobalt SS and it was mush compared to this car stock.

04 automatic, and it's out of tune, has 243 heads, GT2-3 cam, intake, pacesetter long tubes and a catback with no cats. Somethin went screwy with it so we gotta take a look at it tomorrow afternoon before the track.

That sounds like a fun car. Good luck tonight. Be sure to post back how it ran. I have a time in mind, lets see how close you run to it. Sending you a pm, don't open it until after you run.

ordered a set of taylor thundervolt 8.5 wires and sleeves to replace the 100k mile stocker's that were on the car. Decided to pull a plug and a wire today and look them over, one wire tested at almost 1000ohm's, but the plugs were spot on.

Post back your findings on the ohms for the new wires. I didn't know they made 8.5, I have only heard of the 10.4 ones. Include the part number with your findings as well if you think they are decent. Thanks

I saw those, just curious of the ohms. I never measured my MSD wires when I replaced the factory wires. Include the fitment of the sleeves your using as well. Thanks
