Default Car hesitation, gummy feeling?

Idk if I'm tripping but I noticed kinda like a gummy feeling when I accelerate in my car. It'll happen sometimes if like I slow down then wanna accelerate immediately it'll feel like it's a gummy feeling, like it doesn't rev and then go, but more like a I wanna go but hesitation kind of feeling, a bit odd to explain, I just changed my motor mounts and had a tranny rebuild so idk if that's it but it only kinda does it when it's super hot outside.

Tranny isn't slipping at all and no problems with deacceleration or anything...any ideas?

Sounds to me like you're getting on it when it's at a certain spot where it doesn't think it needs to down shift but should be. Happens a lot with any vehicle, they all have their weak spots. Custom tune helps take that away quite a bit.

Hm maybe...it's just a bit odd at sometimes. I'm gonna recheck my mounts but I'm sure I secured everything...

Probably your converter is locked and then when you step on it it takes a second to unlock the converter.

That sounds about right, only tuning can fix that issue if anything.
