The mount itself should not be specific to a 18 or 17 inch wheel. The ones I have used are good for 97-08 Grand Prix. The fronts are the same and there is a different part number for the rears, since one is left and one is right.
When you look up new struts though, some of them listed are for a 17 inch wheel or an 18 inch.

It's a decent enough source for part numbers...
By the way not sure who did it, but, he custom fabricated his own better spherical bearings for the mounts I think... I can't remember what else he did... but I'm willing to be HE has the best setup.
