my car is a hardtop with cloth seats, with all other options and about 5-8 gallons in the tank it came out at 3450
so i would guess maybe 3550? it really depends there are a lot of variances

My car, basically stock weighed 36xx lbs with me in it and a 1/4 tank of gas.
This was with full leather interior, t-tops, spare tire, jack, heavy *** mufflex 4" catback, and I think it had a powerdyne SC at that time.

Damn my car was a pig. 3780 with me before weight reduction. now she weighs 3440 with me and 3185 without me. I used the weight reduction list in the drag racing forum.

It doesn't really matter what you start with. The only things that really make a difference is the top set up. Convertibles weight more than T-tops that weigh more than solid roofed cars. The more options you have in the car the more stuff you can take out. You'll reach the same point in taking them apart no matter what car you start with.
