I don't think there is anyway to accomplish this. I also believe it is illegal.

it is illegal, and the only way you can do that is find another cluster with smaller miles

LOL

what does it matter....besides there will still be xxxxxx miles on the supension and body....if u want ur odometer to read new....buy a new car

the only numbers u need to worry about are ur track times and dyno numbers...and speed numbers...not ur odometer numbers....

on a side note the only reason im swappin my cluster is so i know how fast above 115 im goin

you can actually have this done by places that specialize in that. But they have to have paperwork filled out and everything to keep them from being subject to any trouble. Try googling Specmo. I work for a dealership and for warranty cluster replacements they allow us to have the work like that subleted out to that place.

LOL...thats funny shi*! I actually did this with my first car when I was young and dumb. It was a VW Jetta...it was so easy to do it was a joke. Took off 30k but not down at the police station, in my garage.

Yes, go down to the police station and tell them you want your odometer rolled back.
They'll be happy to assist.
Tell them you want your cats removed and some pot harvested from your trunk while you are at it.

You can reset your trip meter, that's fine, but replacing the ODO or spinning it
with a powertool until it gets back to 0 is illegal. IIRC, there is a nice little
sticker that is installed on the cluster when an odometer is replaced by a
repair facility. (IE: when the stock one is defective)

ya you can't roll back the numbers but you un plug it from counting. i would bet that 95% of supra owners know about this.

This guy i went to highschool with dad knew how to stop and rollback miles on the digital GM odometers. He drove his truck over 200 miles everyday yet kept it under 60000 miles for the entire time he owned it.

buy a new ECU? But you'll have to have a dealer program it and put your vin number in.
Other than that there's no way legally to do it yourself.
Companies can do it though, it's all reported though(CARFAX).
