Heads, Cam, Intake-$1850 (LE2)
Throttle Body-$325
Throttle Body Gasket-$10
Injectors-$225
Head Bolts-$70
Head Studs-$260
Rocker Arms-$290
Lifters-$250
Head Gaskets-$70
Intake Gaskets-$25
Push Rods-$85
Push Rod Guide Plates-$15
Push Rod Checking Length Tool-$20
Spark Plugs-$10
RTV, Lubes and Thread Sealer

Timing cover gasket, opti (if stock..), possibly wires and coil to make sure the ignition is all good, mail order tune to get you to a dyno to get dyno tuned.. And some extra cash for "just in case"

coolant crossover seals ( 4 )
header gaskets
front cover gasket
front timing cover seals
crank bolt
Opti
antifreeze
oil and filter for 2 changes

This is my additions off the top of my head.

Head bolts and Head studs? If your going NSA Rockers which you should add some ARP Studs to that list and go for a new stock GM chain too.
