Default coil conversion kit

i was thinking of doing the conversion to the coil packs just want to know how it works for everyone is it hard? how much? any good right ups on it thanks

waste of money IMO. People usually do that because theyve had bad luck with optis.. If you install them right, and seal em right, you wont have a problem. Ive ran mine through hurricanes and 2ft deep puddles and pressure washed my engine bay and i have no problems at all

People do it. There were two companies but one has basically closed shop do to illness and later had some reliability troubles leaving just one kit option LTCC, has some nice features but I agree that the opti is far better than given credit for.

i admit i jumped on the bandwagon maybe 3 years ago and bought the delteq bare bones setup. you still need a functioning opti though. it basically just gets rid of the cap and rotor. still running it on my engine with a decent HR and no problems but not sure if its really better. imo the increased dwell time cant hurt though especially at higher rpms but who knows.

i have been talking to some people and i mite have figured it out i have a 383 with the gm847 cam and the opti problem stared after that they said to check the dowl pin on the cam if it to long it could put the opti in a bind
