Default Putting headers on

OK guys, question. Im putting my LT1 back together now. Just purchased some Hooker longtubes. Do i put the headers on before the heads or can i put them on after putting the heads back on?

put the heads on first dude. you need to be able to get to the head bolts to torque them down. if you try it the other way... write a review about it.... i wanna see how you do it. lol

The headers bolt onto the heads. If the heads aren't in the car, then the headers can't go in.

If the heads are off, it is ALOT easier to get the headers dropped "in" the car.....but you can't bolt them in until you have the heads torqued down.
