I'm doing some last minute shipping quotes and looking to get the weight of a fully dressed and dry, aluminum headed LT1. This will be intake to oil pan, full accessories, but no manifolds. It's also out of an F-body.

I've come up with anywhere from 452lbs to 576lbs..


Have any of you fellows shipped one of these things?

I would quote it on the high side just to be safe. 550lbs. sounds about right.
