With a 224/230 cam and full exhaust I made 330rwhp/335rwtq through my auto. I dont think the TCI's are super efficient so the stall may eat the numbers up a bit so I'll say 325-335rwhp with 330'srwtq with the little head work.

After I learned what I did about TCI, I'd stay away from em. Apparently they're just tweaked stock stalls that aren't really even intended for V8s >_> Which is why they're able to sell them cheaper.

I'd look into headwork for sure. Maybe hold off on the 1.6s for now since they aren't a must, but you'll need new springs. I'd build the motor first and then if you have left over money, worry about the rockers and exhaust. Because you'll want injectors too, and with them you'll also need and tune if you don't want to ruin your new motor :\

Is this a cam you already have or something you planned on purchasing?
The CC503 (I'm assuming this is what you are talking about) is a good size with stock or
mildly ported heads, I'd like to see those lobes with with slightly more overlap for an N/A car.
I had a custom LE1HL grind (similar to what you were looking at) along with a set of LE2
heads on my stock bottom end last year and managed 390rwhp and pulled 11.89 with a
3875lbs raceweight on pumpgas.

If you're looking to upgrade, you may want check out http://www.elliottsportworks.com/lt1.html
Even if you go cam-only, there are lots of options out there.
