Info about car

Car is in good shape with lots of new parts. When we put the 97 engine in all fluids were changed, full tune up was done, all hoses replaced with the high performance goodyear ones, new belt, and all new filters throughout. The interior has been guted somewhat. The radio was removed to make way for the moroso switch panel I purchased for the nitrous kit. All speakers are gone aswell. The head liner is currently out of the vehicle but I still have it in good shape.


The Bad
Driver Side window motor is getting weak.
Vehicle surges slightly when idling.
Transmission is hitting rev limiter on the 1 to 2 gear change at WOT. It is fine the rest of the time just WOT is the problem. I believe it is in the tune. I havent talked to them about it yet since I have all the parts for a TH350 swap before the nitrous goes on.

most likely since you have an OBDI car the transmission issue you are experiencing is stall wall

it's a fairly easy fix
