Will i run into issues?? I am about to remove my egr/air. Had a question, will my car run differently??? it is a 93 z28, will it shoot codes and run bad or will everything be fine if i block everything off??

no u wont run into any issues. Leave the fuse in for the air pump and you wont through a code. And leave the solenoid plugged in and you wont through a code for the egr. Pull everything else and block the egr and the tube entrance on the back of the intake manifld and on your exhaust manifolds/headers and you will be good.
