Ac control broken!?

Ac control broken!? My AC control **** seems to be broken. It's either blowing at my feet or off.
Is this a common problem?
Any way to fix it?
Anybody have the unit for sale??? I can't do this next week. It's supposed to hit 109ish.

Check the vacuum line that comes from the engine harness into the intake manifold.. I had the same symptoms and that line was simply disconnected. Connected it and I had cold air again
