Thanks

The covers came on C4 Corvette's to make their engine bays look cleaner. All they do is cover the injectors and wire mess. Just makes things look less cluttered.

I got the SLP badge from SLP many years ago.

I cant believe you have never seen a set of fuel rail covers before! Have you never seen an LT1 Vette's engine before? I think they are cool but I think the LS1 Vette covers are just a bit more cooler**

To be honest I have never really paid attention to LT1 Vettes but now I do recall what they look like. The LS1 Vettes Fuel Rail Covers are a lot different they actually cover the Valve Covers as well and provide a lot more coverage of the overall engine.

I was more trying to establish if they were intended for aesthetic purposes or to actually protect the hardware from damage. Personally I like to look of Fuel Rails on the LT1 Engine.

You wouldn't be willing to part with the SLP Throttle Body cover would you. I am having trouble finding one for sale anywhere.

No I was not aware of this. So your saying just the "Black Chrome" SLP Badge stuck on a stock TB plate? Sort of makes sense now that you say it.
