i love the ash trey delete..hide away switches thats badass..looks awsome btw

they were custom made, and can have from 2 to 4 switches hidden there. Anything from fans, to E-Cutouts, to Purge, to Bottle warmer, etc...you name it, they will lable it and make it for you. No mods needed either, just a stickey pad on the bottom of the plate, pull your ashtray out, run your wires, and stick it in. Easy to remove if you need to too, and ashtray will still be functional.
