Exclamation 48 mm vs 58 mm TB For LE1

hey guys, have a quick question.. I am building a forged 355 . Le1 heads, 226/230 cam. 11.4 CR (9.0 DCR) .. and all supporting mods.. My question is, How much power can I gain realistically from going from a 48 mm to a 58 mm TB? ..

AND my intake is fully ported as well... opened up for 58mm tb... Thanks

If it were me I would spring for a 52MM or 58MM TB. I have a 58MM TB on my stock bottom end LE2 car and it works very well for me. Since you have the manifold opened up to accomodate the 58MM TB I say got for it. I have a Professional Products unit that ran me under $200 new and works awesome.

I wouldn't swap the 58mm TB on untuned for, especially for a auto car.
