my car has been running great then all the sudden it starts shuting off while driving it will start right back up and it will backfire when driving it has a random missfire when idling I pulled the plugs and they look great.

what has been modified on the car, how long has it been happening and can you attribute any specific events just before it started? (ie: running out of gas, changing plug/wires, driving through deep puddles, gremlin poop in your passenger seat)

I went to F-Body week run it 4 times back to back in the street racing comp. and came in 3rd and I blow a header gasket It started the next day.

Could be a bad O2 having a factor with that..
