i have the stock 6 speed transmission in my 94 firebird formula and the 1-2 gear sycro is gone. does this kit contain everything i need for it to be redone?

that is a basic kit......I wouldn't call it good, but it should get the job done. Look for a set of steel shift forks while you've got it apart, they help alot when power levels increase as the stock aluminum doesn't hold up very well to banging gears....Maybe look for one that includes bushings and bearings.....I prefer complete kits......bearings, bushings, forks, and all the good materials.....JMO though
