Default Heater hose diagram?

I discovered a decent size coolant leak on my car yesterday, but can't tell where it's coming from.

It's dripping out (mostly when the car is on an incline) from above where the longtubes mate up with the y pipe on the passenger side. I haven't had a chance to get under the car yet, but feeling up there, it seems to be falling from around the firewall.

The two heater hoses going into the firewall are both dry, meaning that the leak must be coming from somewhere between the firewall and the heater core.

Does anyone have a diagram of what hoses there are in that route and where they run? Are there any common leaks like this or something I'm missing?

Thanks!

Edit: Car is a 96 Formula, sorry.

The heater hoses are very simple. One hose goes in, one hose comes out. Both of them travel directly to the water pump, and both of them travel directly to the heater core under the dash.

Ah that's really simple. I figured I'd be in for much more of a fight.

Thanks for the info.
