When I turn the car on it runs for half a minute then it completely dies. No interior lights or instruments. Replaced the ignition switch but still does it. I know the ICM might be the case but it's hardly even enough time to heat up the headers.

Its was a loose wire in the junction box, but I still have a DTC 77 code, I jumpered the fans and they both work off relay 1 & 2 it keeps blowing the 10amp fuse for the relay on circuit
