Default Trimming gaskets

What do you guys use to trim your intake/header gaskets in the event that they need it? I need to take just a little material out of my Felpro 1406 header gaskets and I want to make it as clean as possible.

Make sure you actually need to trim them, I thought the same thing...

I compared the gasket up to my headers, and the header ports are way bigger, but when you hold the gasket up to the actual heads, it's a perfect match.

I need to trim them because they very slightly protrude into the exhaust port opening on the cylinder head.
