Default headlights not working

I get in my car the other night and my headlights won't turn on. First I think it's cause I have aftermarket HID's but then I try my highs and nothing. Is there maybe a fuse blown or something cause I'm at a loss.

Did you upgrade the wiring for the HIDs and install a relay?
