Default Best place to get floor pans?

I'm sure this question has been answered before, and i did try the search button, but where is the best place to get replacement floor pans? My car sat for a while and developed a nice big spot of rust on the drivers side floor. Also, how hard are these to get put in? What kind of a bill should I expect? Is this something that would be worth for me to take the brake lines, fuel lines, etc off to make it easier for them? If anyone has done this ANY tips, help, ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

From a cost point, just buy a California car. Most people charge an arm and half your leg for labor for restoration....OUCH...

Cut out the rusted part and weld in a plate. Simple.

Yep^^^ I used some old school heavy duty computer side case covers and some fiberglass and came out just like new. After that bust out the seam sealer and fill where needed and you should be good after that.
