Rev Limiter on fresher rebuild with non ARP rod bolts

Rev Limiter on fresher rebuild with non ARP rod bolts Can't find any ARP type markings on the Rod bolts and such.
That being said what would be a safe thing to set the limiter at the rod bolts also have a 1 stamped on them? not sure what that is probably just a stock stamp I would assume.
MYLTWON has assured me that it was a rebuilt motor and is fresh
That and LT1's come stock with Mahle pistons right?? looks like i picked up a vette stock rebuild bottom end.
