if my lt1 had been sitting for at least 3-4 months without moving.. does the oil turn sludging and like turn bad? as well as maybe have condesnation in the oil from the weather change? like cold to hot and back to cold? should i do a motor flush .. etc etc

Moisture in the crankcase from sitting for a few months is normal. Just change your oil, and take the car for a drive. The PCV system should take care of the rest.

and also the oil looked abit on the light side but it must been from the mosture right? and on the filler cap ... so flush and oil change should take care of that correct?
