how many stock oil pan guys with stroker motors

I am running a 383 with a stock oil pan. Rods are Eagle H beam rods. They had to put a small dent in the oil pan on one side. If your bottom end is together you can just turn the crank by hand and see where it hits and then hammer where the rods hit. Probably the easiest way to do it.

Also running a 383 with stock oil pan, but I didn't assemble the motor or do the clearancing so I'm not much help. But try that^^, I don't think there's much to it.
