the oil pump recently went out on my 96 lt1. after getting it fixed and the engine back in i am having some problems. we took it for a test drive and didnt run right then when we got back it stalled and wouldnt start back. we have replaced the fuel pump but it still has no spark at the spark plugs. does anyone have any idea what this could be.(bad optispark, bad coil, etc.).....

Could be a lot of things, but you have to troubleshoot and find the problem or replace everything in the system until you find it. Do you have any basic test equipment, like a multi-meter?
