Default torque arm bolt stuck

I am trying to remove the torque arm on a 1996 v6 car. 1 of the bolts that goes through the rear dif is stuck. I put a bottle jack under it and the car will lift and the bolt doesn't budge. Sprayed with penetrating oil and i heated it up. I have smacked the **** out of it as well and still nothing. Anyone with an idea please share.

I take it you already have gotten the nut off the bolt and its stuck in the housing? The rear end of the car can bind the bolt in the housing when loose at times due to the springs and suspension. Try taking a block of wood and a jack and lightly lift at the front or rear of the rear end and see if the bolt becomes loose. You don't need to lift so much that the car comes off the ground, that is dangerous. Just enough to put pressure on the rear end making it tilt forward or rear a little.

I've had this exact problem. I ended up tilting the rear as said and then beat the **** out of them to get them out. Its a pain in the ***.
