Recommend me a Comp Cam
I have a 1995 TA m6 and this winter I will be tearing into it. I don't want to mess with the heads yet, but I will be doing headers/intake/cam. I want something streetable, but this is no longer my DD so I would like to have something that sounds good also.
Goals for now would be around 330-340 rwhp with bolt ons and a cam.

CC 503 would be a great choice for stock heads, from the cam selection guide:
I made the #'s below with the hotcam and stock heads at the time of the dyno run, with full boltons and midlength headers. You should be able to reach those numbers or more with the 503 and a good tune.
cc503: (224/230 .537/.544 112lsa) w/ 1.6RR's
Widely known for being the biggest cam you want to run on a stock headed car without sacrificing usable power and drivability. Features Comp’s relatively newer XE (Xtreme Energy) lobes for increased top-end power. Has a very strong mid-range with strong top-end power without much if any loss in the low-end. Similar to the GM846 and good for a solid 10-15hp/tq throughout over the “Hot Cam”, cc305 etc. May have some cam surge, depends how good the tune is.
Pass Emissions?: No, requires tuning to pass
Shift Point for Maximum Performance: 6200-6400rpm
Idle Characteristics: Choppy Idle
M6; Require Gears?: No
A4; Require Stall?: 2500+ Stall Speed

Bolt-ons, cc503, and stock stall got me 290 rwhp. Lol! Mine had some issues though. I do like this cam though, it sounds and drives good.

^Not bad, but I LOVE the xfi 465. It is Comps version and answer to the legendary Crane 227. This thing is a stump puller, great idle quality and driveability but is FLAT OUT NASTY red light to red light. It doesn't spin high so it is bottom end friendly as well. Doesnt require head work either, except springs as any cam would.

The 466 would be great for a car with a good gear / stall at sea level.
Its not like any cam "requires" head work... The 466 is great for cam only setup.

The roller rockers in the hotcam kit are a good sa rocker, I'm still running them. The springs are pretty weak though, I ended up switching them out for the crane 10308-1 spring kit. They are dual springs, much stronger than the lt4's. Don't have any experiece with the other setup you list.
