Default Pacesetter Headers and A/C Problem??

94 trans am lt1 with pacesetter long tube headers. When i bought car the headers were on it and the ac line were disconnected from back of compressor. All of the ac components work fine so i decided to hook the lines back up. Problem is i cant get the A/C lines to hook up to the compressor because the lines are hitting the header and not letting them line up right. Is the normal with these type of headers or am i just overlooking something?

You shouldnt have a problem doing this, I had to a long time ago. Just do it in increments and dont crack or overbend it for flow.
