Default Corvette Water Pump in Fbody?

I swapped a 385ci LT4 from a vette into my 95 TA and noticed that one of the ports is not on the vette water pump. Do I need to change the water pumps, or can I just block off that line coming from the lower drivers side corner of the radiator? Does anyone know what exactly that line is from the radiator, because we have hooked up the supply and return lines, so I am not sure what that lower line does?
Thanks

It is for the oil cooler (or bypass hose, if not equipped with an oil cooler). Corvettes did not have it.
