I have a couple used spares if you interested as I'm sure most do here. Should save you some coin vs. a new one.

The checkvalves were so bad and caused so many failures that GM actually jumped through the hopes to prove to the EPA that the AIR pump was unnecessary on the 95-96 b-bodies. They did not include the 94 because it was already out of warranty.
GM actually has delete reprogramming available for the 95-96 b-bodies and an underhood sticker stating the EPA approved defeating of it. Strict inspectors though even then do not allow it to be removed.

Without looking it up I am sure the f-body parts are exactly the same, guessing they left the f-body out of the legal defeating because the warranty claims were low enough to not warrant the expense of proving it to the EPA.
