car vibrates when AC is on

car vibrates when AC is on if it's off , everything is smooth. But there is a vibration at 2500-3000 rpm when the AC is on.
the ac is cold, could this be the compressor or the compressor clutch ?
if it was the clutch , is it worth to replace it or get a new compressor ?
can anyone give me the part numbers for both ?
