Default Cam setup

Ok so I am going to go with a comp cam 503 but what else do I need to install the cam. Remember the block and heads will be stock. So any advice will help I have a new timing chain and sprockets and the motor had around 13000 miles on it before I torn it apart so any advice will help for what I should change. Also are the stock pushrods 1.5 or 1.6 in size? Thanx

Are you retarded? Someone posted this in your last thread too! There are thousands of threads on here, the lt1 has been out for over 20 years. Don't you think someone has asked this before?

youre going to need new valvesprings to support the new cam. I have the patriot extremes, but im sure you can buy some cheaper ones. For the pushrods, youll have to measure them yourself, cus theyre not all the same. However the "1.5 and 1.6" youre reffering to, is most likely the rocker ratio. Stock they are 1.5, but 1.6 roller rockers are a better choice.
Then you could look into getting lifters if needed, and guideplates.

Look at other peoples builds, and youll get an idea of what youll be looking at
