o2 sensor harness question

o2 sensor harness question I was looking through my passenger side o2 sensor harness for faulty wires and i found an unused wire. The harness consists of the 4 wires for the o2 sensor, the wire for the knock sensor, and the starter solenoid wire (purple). There is also a black wire with a white stripe on it that looks to have been cut and is just laying in the harness. Does anyone know what this wire is?
