Default tunercat - idle afr is pretty much set but have a few questions.

I have first started my tuning in speed density open loop mode. I am using a wideband. I adjusted the AFR using the "Volumetric Efficiency vs RPM vs MAP". The AFR at idle was hovering around 13:1.1 but I now got it to hover around the 14:7.1 mark.

1. Is it correct in using the "Volumetric Efficiency vs RPM vs Map" table to tune my idle AFR in speed density open loop mode?

2. Can I also use that particular table to adjust the AFR in speed density open loop mode for my normal driving and not just at idle?

The reason I ask is even though that table did work in bringing my open loop idle to the correct AFR, I noticed there is a "Open Loop AFR vs Coolant Temperature vs Map". What is this table for? Am I suppose to use this table for adjusting the AFR in open loop even though adjusting the first table I mentioned does it as well?
