Default decking block question

hi, i had my heads reworked last summer had them milled .10. Well now the motor is blown "rod knocking" having that rebuilt, do you have to remill heads if they have been mounted? theirs only 1k miles on topend rebuild, if i have the block decked .10 will i have alignment problems with the intake & bolts?

I would get them checked out at least and I am willing to bet that if they did need to get resurfaced, it would be very minimal and you should not run into any issues.
