Default Opti or PCM - way to determine?

Is there a way to determine if the opti or PCM is causing a no start condition? I'm not getting spark or pulsing ground at the injectors (no spark no fuel).

You are getting 1-4v ac to the ICM and therefore spark, but no injector pulse action? Have you checked the power to the injectors?

I put my timing light on some plug wires and it doesn't light up (no spark? I suppose I could also use a spark plug and spark plug wire and see what happens in the dark).

And no, I'll check that next on the injectors.
