Need some help hard start lt1 urgent hey guys a buddy of mine is looking to trade his truck for a 1994 camaro z28, the car is clean, has exhaust, intake all that good jazz, yet this is the problem. the guy said it has some trouble starting, meaning it needs to crank for like 10 seconds at the most, it runs good, dosnt miss, or smoke or tap. he said he thinks its an injector, i think its something else. please help with an idea as he is looking to get it in a day or two but wants to know what he is getting into, thanks again everyone!

probably a bad chekc valve in the fuel pump turn the key on a few times but don't crank just enough to get the fuel pump to prime a few times then go for a start to see if it starts easier

Test drive it first. get on it alittle bit if the guy will let you. if it runs fine down the road and isnt missing at high rpms then its probably nothin more than the fuel pump starting to go out or the icm.
