LS1 Lid On LT1 Conversion

Hey guys, I'm sure i've overlooked it, but.. Is there anyway to do the LS1 lid on LT1 conversion without cutting on the rad core support or hood? I've tried searching through the forums but all I can find is people cutting into their core support. Any input is greatly appreciated!

OP,
YOU WILL need a glasstek cowl Hood 3" to clear the lid assembly on a camaro. Cutting the core support is not a big deal at all should you decide to use only the lid along with stock Hood....
