HSW MicroEdge RPM's Reading Wrong
I am trying to setup my MicroEdge on my camaro. The MicroEdge is reading the RPM's but it is reading them wrong. When I set the MicroEdge to Coil/Plug it reads very high, around 8xxx, at idle. I have tried several of the pulse setting but none of them seem scale the RPM right.
I am thinking:
1. I don't have a setting correct in the MicroEdge for the RPM. Maybe somebody could share with me their settings.
2. I guess i have the MicroEdge hooked up to the wrong wire. But I am assuming that since i am getting a steady RPM reading on the device that i have it hooked up correctly.
Thanks.

Also the MicroEdge should be getting its RPM reading from the computer. It said wire it in to Pin 13 (white wire). I am going to double check that wiring today.

Just double checked the wiring and i am sure it is wired into pin 13 on the PCM which is the TACK reading. So I am thinking that it has to be a setting that i have wrong on the MicroEdge. When i set the pulse to (cant remember) to like 4 the MicroEdge doesn't say "spray" until i am around 5,000 PRM's. I got it to say spray one other time when i set the pulse to about 3, but once again it didn't say spray until a VERY high RPM. I could not get it to say "spray" on on 1 or 2.

So i got the RPM's figured out. and i got the gears figured out.
but now for some reason. It will not spray in 1st gear. and the only time i could get it to spray was at the end of 2nd and 3rd. at around 5000 or 5500. Below are my settings:
Trigger 1 - 4.65
Min RPM 1 - 3600
Max RPM 1 - 6500
Shift RPM - 5000
Drop RPM - 500
Reset RPM -1600
Lowest Gear - 1
RPM Pulse - 4 p/rev
RPM Sens - Mid
Trig Mode - Positive
St Gr 1 - 4 are all set to both
All delays are set to 0.

I got it working. The problem was that when its WOT the TPS voltage is either 4.65 or 4.64. That was throwing me off bad. So now i have the trigger at 4.60 and it works great!
Is there a better one that you recommend that does the WOT switch, Window, and Gear lockout? those are the main things that i need.
