Got air ? 210-225 degrees ok?

Default Got air ? 210-225 degrees ok?
Just replaced radiator, radiator cap, thermostat on my 97 M6. Bled the system of air (all of it I hope) drove the car around for 20 mins and the temp fluctuates from 210 to 225. Does this mean I still have air in the system? Is it safe to drive the car like this? Please drop your 2 cents. Thanks

Considering stock fans aren't designed to come on until 227 degrees you're well within the limits. You're fine.
