LT1 rebuild, now making noise..lifter?

LT1 rebuild, now making noise..lifter? My car has a fresh 350 with GM hotcam kit.
Passenger side is making some noise, sounded like the rockers were not adjusted correctly. Adjusted them with motor off, then motor running.
The third from the rear rocker on passenger side squirts oil much harder/faster than all the other ones. Seems to be within spec but car makes noise from motor on that side. Sounds like a tick/ not sewing machine like the rest of the car.
Engine shop tested all of them before putting the motor together, I dont know what else would be causing the noise. Car seems to run great but doesnt sound good at all.
