Misfire after altitude change

Misfire after altitude change
I moved my 95 z28 from North Carolina to Colorado. I had it dyno tuned in North Carolina. For the first couple of weeks the car ran fine but now there is a noticeable misfire. It is most easily identified when at low rpm's and trying to accelerate quickly. Additionally the gas mileage has dropped drastically. The altitude difference is about 5000 ft. Is this a retune issue or should I look into other things, if so what?

saidinbalefire. Welcome to Colorado where you loose 20% of your power great mountain views though right
It does sound like a mechanical issue. Ur obd1 pcm should handle the difference in altitude, unless highly modified. Look into Spark plug or wire, Opti, coil, control module. Check thee first
If you need help on the car ur welcome to contact me. have a great day.
