Default LT1 383 Boost build from experienced veterans?

Hey Guys, I currently have two motors sitting. I plan on building one of them asap that I will be procharging. I am looking for suggestions from machine work to forged pistons, rods, crankshaft and other necessities and where I should begin with my build. I am building this motor to be swapped into my Trans Am to minimize down time as the motor is currently showing age and has leaks and other issues. My thought process behind procharging instead of NA is because I live in california where we have strict smog laws but we do however have carb legal prochargers so I'll probably make bigger power that way.

and it'll be going in this when its done

Forged everything, head studs, and aftermarket ported heads with ported factory intake.

Lots of fuel.

Howards Tracksmart 4340 forged crank and 6" h-beam rods with 16cc dished forged pistons, splayed billet Howards main caps with studed everything. And depending on budget I'd go LE3 ported stock heads or AI ported stockers/AFR or other aftermarket heads if you have a BIG budget. Stainless longtube headers and #60 injectors with dual 255 intank fuelpumps get a custom tune and bam you're in there. Then you'll need a new rear 8.8, 9", 12 bolt or S60.

I'll let your engine builder make manufacturer-specific recommendations, but I will suggest the following for a Forced Induction (FI) build:

Head Studs (I use ARP)
Main Studs (I use ARP)
MLS Head Gaskets (I use Mr. Gasket)

Have Fun!

Yeah I was looking into LE3 package with a mild cam as I plan to still keep it california legal which is my reason for going procharged over NA. My intention is to spray so all your forged suggestions are good. Whats your thought process behind your specific suggestions over other options?
