Default VATS bypass question

94 formula
I bought a VATS bypass, the 50hz signal generator, not a resistor bypass. I want to wire it close to the PCM. What is a good ignition voltage point under the hood?

Sorry if it sounds like a dumb question, I just don't like to mess with wiring too much...

Here is a document I made a few years ago. Its pretty complete and worked great for me at the time.

It doesn't really say where to tie in the power wire except a black box under a blue wire. I just don't want to tie it into something that shuts off, that'd be no bueno.
