Default LT1 swap

I bought a 1994 buick roadmaster donor car to transfer the motor and 4l60e trans in to my 1980 el camino. plan to keep it fuel injected and basically stock. I have pulled engine trans front accesories wiring and drive shaft. I plan on getting rid of this donor car this weekend if you can think of anything no matter how trivial please let me know before i get rid of the junker.

You're going to need an electric fuel pump, feed and return lines for the F.I. along with an electric fan set up. Maybe the radiator.

The axle might be an upgrade for you. Not sure how close it is to fitting but I would guess your car has a 7.5" axle which a stock LT1 can break.

At least do a little searching before throwing away the 8.5" 30spline axle in the roady.

Does anyone have suggestions on a pcm tuner? I am not looking to make major changes just eliminate vats, ac, shift points if possible on this set up. They only way i would want to get in to fuel and timing is if its way off which I know some of those minor changes could alter fuel and timing.

You can do it yourself with a laptop and a cable. It's fairly easy and there are write ups all over google to help. Grab everything in the engine bay. Grab the pedals just in case. Pull the fuel pump and maybe the tank, if it's not smashed. Might be able to use the brakes also if your car has rear drums.
