Gm tolerance on a set of injectors was 10% variation. Why bother with old used injectors with such imbalance?

Any GM car with a Supercharged 3800 should have 36LB injectors.

FYI, I hope you have mods that warrant bigger injectors. As in, HCI or more. Injectors do nothing for a bolt on car.

I've read about some improvements in idle and smoothness upgrading from LT1 to LS1 injectors. For a bolt on or minor mods car that might be a good idea, I'm picking up a set of low mile LS1's to throw in my car.

LS engines use higher fuel pressure, so many of them while rated 28lbs are not any larger than LT1 injectors.

While that may be true the spray pattern might be different though. ie four holes versus two or one....

I wasn't commenting on patterns or anything other than the size at given pressure. The OP wanted junkyard larger injectors.

Don't LT1s run at 60 PSI?

Stock is 43.5 for an LT1, 58 for the LS engines.

Ah. I forgot about the pressure regulator on the back of the intake.
