Been taking my time lately on the build. I've been out driving it around getting my break in miles up before I throw boost at it. Im at 325 miles now only 175 before I put her up for the winter and begin phase 2 of the build. Just a few pics I took while I was out cruising...

Hopefully you're driving it like a scaldass ape.

To make sure car doesnt see any boost. Even with the wastegate spring out, air is still coming flowing at idle, so with me ramping on it to about 4800rpm, Im pretty sure more air is coming through......

Filter, I havent measured the space yet, I have to get a custom filter from S&B, unless you have a lead on a small filter that'd fit. Compressor has a an OD diameter of 5".....

can ya give me any specifics on the wheels? i love the way they look on your car. there are quite a few b&l wheel sets on the facebook fbody and ls trade areas.

my car has been under the knife all summer... no wheel time since april.
mine is a forged 383 lt, pt7675 in a 96 formula.

Just a minor update. Just going over the car while its up for the winter. Had my canton valve covers leak a decent amount over the break in period so new gaskets for that, I also thought about upgrading my rocker arms as I have 1.6 fulcrom style rockers. I am also removing my fuel rails to prep for the ID1300s and add -8 AN bungs to the fuel rails.

Also I have removed the stock tank and I will be running the LS style tank. I will save only a couple pounds since I am not needing any of the EVAP stuff off the LS tank. Its also a slightly higher capacity and thats much appreciated being on E85. Picked tank up for $60. Main reason for the swap is because I am doing a Squash performance intank setup. So, I am extremely excited to finally get a move on things. One step closer to being done this year. I hope

Yes, just because I'd be out another $700 trying to run another intake at this point....

Looking good. I noticed on one of the under hood shots you have a hump hose before the MAF. I'd put it after the MAF in case it disrupts the airflow and pisses off the MAF.

Thanks for the advice brother, but Im planning on doing away with the MAF all together and going SD. I just left it that way because of breaking the car in.....

0.87 FOR UNLEADED? When were those pics taken?

Looks like a nice build and good looking car. I look forward to seeing you make some runs at Gateway and The Shootout.

how are you keeping the turbocharger from over-spinning and becoming damaged without it being hooked up? I hope the wastegate is jammed open?
